Happy 61st National Day China!
We're celebrating the holiday with 7 days of holiday during which we'll travel around Harbin to see some stuff. We haven't decided what to see, only that we want to get out of the house while it's still a little warm.
During one day, we plan to get up early, board a bus, and head to the mountains to go hiking with some Chinese friends. Another day, we'll host a former student for an afternoon of fun with the kids. Other options tossed about for the holiday include bowling with Chinese teachers, bicycle shopping with students, painting our living room, or just catching up on some reading.
